Chapters must represent STWF accurately and professionally in all outreach efforts. This includes using approved messaging, maintaining a respectful tone, and clearly communicating our mission of expanding access to children’s vision care.
-
Chapters may reach out to schools, businesses, and community organizations to build partnerships. All outreach should be clear, professional, and aligned with STWF’s mission. When possible, use official STWF email formats or approved templates.
-
Chapters must receive approval before confirming any formal partnerships, sponsorships, or collaborations under the STWF name. To receive approval, email us (contact@seetheworldfoundation.org). Chapters may not independently enter agreements or represent partnerships as official without authorization.
-
All outreach must use approved STWF branding, including logos, colors, and messaging. Be creative in your branding, but ensure it resonates with official STWF branding. To access our branding information, click here.

All communication should be respectful, clear, and professional. Chapters are expected to respond in a timely manner and represent STWF in a way that reflects positively on the organization.

Keeping track of your outreach efforts helps your chapter stay organized and avoid contacting the same organization multiple times.
We recommend maintaining a simple outreach tracker that includes:
• Organization name
• Contact person
• Email address or phone number
• Date contacted
• Purpose of outreach
• Response received
• Follow-up date
• Partnership statusRegularly updating your outreach tracker can help your chapter build stronger relationships and identify new opportunities for collaboration.
